"DONT ORDER MOBILE. They will do everything to make it last priority. I was there before waiting inside for my mobile order for over 30 minutes. Heard the manager and other employee tell someone who was waiting just as long as I "we have 2 more orders BEFORE we start on mobile orders." (No they were not short staffed)Watched customers go in and out, saw drive thru probably service 20 cars before my food started getting prepped. Straight up, mobile should be treated as drive thru. What if I was on a lunch break and they pulled this nonsense. Unexcusable. Service is very poor. Writing this review because I just now tried to give them another shot and what do you, been waiting for 25 minutes... This time I stayed home to wait lol ... 25 minutes for a cravings box? Gtfoh haha. Losers"

"The cashier Dianna was the best I’ve ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant. She was very professional, nice, and eager to please! My order, even though I had lots of special requests, was correct and delicious."

"We went here a few nights ago to pick up my mobile order, the staff are very rude especially one named Adalena, another one was on her phone while taking orders at the window. I suggest management have a talk with their employees, if they are having a bad day, they should not even come to work. I will never come back to this Taco Bell, I'd rather go to the one on Pinal, at least they are nice and are respectful to their customers."
