"Lately our family's large chips and salsa hasn't included enough salsa. Salsa cups are frequently only 1/2 filled as shown in the photo."

"This location is absolute trash! This is a picture of the brown rubbish avocados that were in my kid’s guacamole! I cannot believe what has happened to Chipotle l, at least this awful location. Try to call to complain and no one answers. Horrible!"

"So.... Today's visit was mildly disappointing... I am careful to leave a less than 5 star review for any establishment that hasn't seriously disappointed us, but I feel inclined to give Chipotle/Ahwatukee this 3 star rating today for the following reasons: Although the food was very good, the woman who made my bowl seemed in a huge rush because of the line behind me and threw things together so quickly that my bowl was rather small, oddly proportioned (very little barbacoa, very little cheese, verry little Pico, and wayyy heavy on the guac) She also didn't take the time to refill the meat before she served me and it was alot of the juice scraped from the bottom. That was disappointing.. my husband and I also noticed that the meat was very poorly cut; the chicken chunks were not cut all the way through and the barbacoa, usually kind of shredded was in huge chunks, therefore it was not seasoned all the way through. I take the time to leave this review because we paid $40 for 2 bowls (granted w guac, queso and drinks) and ended up mildly disappointed with the meal, and also because I have not had chipotle in almost 2 years and wished it would have been up to their normal standard. We will try again soon, and I will gladly change my review if this was a one-off experience. See photos for receipt and the described meat cut issue. ~Ms/nL~"

"Ordered from this chipotle before…it was ok last time….thought I would give it another chance and ordered delivery through the app. Completely messed the order up. Didn’t put anything on my bowl that I had ordered and the three ingredients they did put in the bowl was so minimal. Not to mention prices have gone up $2 plus. Got ripped off bad. Will never use this chipotle again and I have been eating chipotle for about 21 years. Worst I have ever had. UPDATE reached out to the email they provided and chipotle only gave me a free drink for the mistake. Their customer service is a joke. Save yourself the trouble and go to another chipotle or make sure you watch this location make your order in front of you."

"Ordered to go and had my husband run into get it because I have Covid. He comes out and I open my $16 steak burrito bowl to see this. This is the portions for a burrito bowl these days, it’s not even half full??? My husband doesn’t like confrontation, so I don on my mask, go in and ask for the manager. He’s young and very confused when I express that this needs to be remade with proper portions. He’s flustered, asks me to wait and they’ll remake it. I explain I’m sick, you don’t want me in here. I’ll wait in my car and my husband will come back in to get the remade bowl. So I go out, send my husband back in and he waits, says “oh I’m back for the remake”. He continues to wait until he hears “that lady never came back, let’s just throw it away”. Husband says, “that’s literally what I said I was waiting on”. Gets the new bowl and leaves. But why was this an issue in the first place. I tipped on my to go order. Didn’t ask for anything crazy but that’s what you’re serving to to go orders? Ridiculous."
