"Terry and Graham hooked us up! We came in and got a great deal on some BBQ. We got the 2 for $32 meal and it is a great value. Could not have been more impressed with the level of service at this location. The food was just as impressive as the service. This was our first time at Dickey's, but definitely won't be our last."

"I wish I could rate this location higher, because we've dined at two other locations and had incredible food and service. But not here. We're always a little confused on where and who takes the order, and I always have difficulty reading overhead menus. I wish fast-casual places would have paper menus available at the entrance. When I asked the young lady behind the food part of the counter for a paper menu, she didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. She was very helpful in explaining the types of baked potatoes, but she spoke top quickly for me to understand. When we went to the young man to order Pork & Beans Potatoes, he was gruff and unhelpful. The young lady did try to assist. The man at the cash register was awesome! When we got our food it was nothing like what we had ordered at Dickey's at other locations. Short on meat, barely a tablespoon of beans on the potato. I wasn't in the mood to complain. When the nice guy at the register asked me if we liked our meal, I responded with honesty that it wasn't what I was expecting and seemed very short on ingredients. They were very insistent on communicating to fix the problem, but again, I just wasn't in the mood for conversation. (This was my first good meal out in 3 weeks after recovering from Covid.) Not sure if we'll try this location again."
