Salad and Go

"I’m so sad! I used to love this place, but they really skimped on the portions. I got a chicken Caesar salad and there are only five tiny pieces of chicken, way smaller than the size of a crouton. What happened to the chicken strips or bigger sizes they used to add to the salad? Disappointed!"

"I just wanted to share my recent experience to warn others. I found what appears to be a piece of plastic wrap inside of my salad. This is a serious choking hazard. Thankfully, the piece was big enough for me to see, and I didn't choke on it. Too bad this chain no longer has the integrity it once had. Wouldn’t recommend going to this chain anymore!"

"I rarely write review but was so disappointed today that I have to. I ordered roasted Autumn salad and it is missing 4 ingredients and half of the container is empty! I mean if you miss one ingedient I get it but 4??? It is missing Brussels Sprouts, Candied Pecans, Dried Cranberries, Grated Parmesan Cheese. This is a joke. I am not driving back to return the food but I am not coming back."

"So disappointed. We used to love this place but lately it’s been getting so annoying, not only with small portions but also employees messing up our orders (like the most recent, today) I ordered 2 jalapeño ranch salads no red onions and bc they messed up my last order (giving me the wrong salad) a few days ago I ask the guy to confirm my order before driving to the window, they read it (with an attitude) I asked for my receipt just in case, so I drive home and then I found out that they put the red onions on both salads Smh! One guy in particular is also rude and He always talk with a bad attitude I definitely will switch locations after today’s bad experience You should hire better employees that put 10% extra in what they choose to do. In a business like this they must be kind, patient and respectful to clients. We are paying for a service here, they aren’t giving us anything for free We just bought 5 salads from Salad and Go today"

"I experienced ordering around 7 tonight, two Cesar salads and one buffalo with no banana peppers, and a Cesar salad wrap with two frozen strawberry lemonades and a cucumber mint lemonade. Upon arriving home and getting ready to eat dinner the two Cesar salads had no dressings included. I ended up driving back 20 minutes from home for two Cesar salad dressing packs. Now my daughter, almost done with her salad was eating and had a hair in her salad. Picture included. I was here with her as she opened the salad and poured the dressing, closed the lid and mixed it up. My daughter has had her hair up all day. I would of drove back making it my second trip. Not to thrilled with how things went tonight."
