"This store is absolutely filthy dirty. The mens room is so bad I don’t know how to describe it. The urinal is full of trash and the piss stains are so old it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for months! Don’t get me started about the toilets! I remember in the early 2000’s when QT’s were clean and nice….now Circle K is better. What a decline!"

"Rude as hell qt kitchen staff waited over ten minutes for a shake and ice cream ..after waiting ended up being the wrong size and the shake was runny the consistency of water..I am not usually a Karen about stuff but when the workers are hanging out chatting and I’m the only customer in line waiting for two simple things that only need to be poured in a cup and I wait that long is ridiculous and then the female working wanted to argue with me about what size I ordered and when I asked about the shake the manager said the shake was probably runny because i went back outside and then came back in (I realized the size was wrong after getting in the car) but the shake was handed to me like that which is prob why It had a weird lid on it the first time and it’s nice out this morning and doesn’t melt that quickly and had I not had to go back and forth because they couldn’t get their orders correct than that wouldn’t be an issue and when he called back to kitchen to be remade they asked why and he shrugged his shoulders ?! When I worked customer service/fast food long ago things were much different !!whatever happened to the customer is always right and especially when I’m being polite and patient AF?! I’ll go out of my way to a farther qt for better customer service."

"They allow vaping in their. None of the 5 employees batted and eyelash or said anything. Nevermind I have EXTREME ASTHMA AND COULD HAVE HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION AND ASTHMA ATTACK! No store manager anywhere. I called out the customer, for being a jerk (other expletives), and they kicked ME out!!!!! Not the jerk poisoning everyone’s air who were standing in line. That’s the sad state of hiring a bunch of millennials with no adult supervision. They told ME never to come back…. So AITA?? No worries. I’ll go to the corner store across the street where they hire actual adults and their customers are not self centered people. Let’s just be adults here. The customer couldn’t have waited 2 min before VAPING??? Wow! QT should be ashamed!"

"I love QT! This store is just as fantastic as the others...I'm a regular morning iced coffee drinker, one morning I forgot my debit card and the QT Kitchen associate gave me his debit card to pay! Of course I paid him back the next day... But QT has the BEST employees and the BEST customer service. I bypass 7-11 and circle k for QT!"
