"This place needs to figure out their hours of operation. On Google, Panda Express’s website, and the Panda Express app all say that this location is open til 10:30pm Sunday-Thursday. Except everyone inside the building is trying to close up @ 9:30pm. I placed a mobile order @ 9pm thru their app, thinking that they are open til 10:30pm. When I went to pick up, they didn’t have half of the items I ordered, due to them trying to close @ 9:30pm. I reached out to the corporate office to tell them the hours of operation are confusing and have not gotten a response."

"So inconsistent. One day the food is awesome and the next visit, the same food is disappointing. Some servers give you a fair amount of entree with your meal and other times the rice or noodles dominates the plate. I watched the servers load a plate with an enormous amount of teriyaki chicken and I requested the exact same thing for myself. We paid the same amount and what I received was about half the chicken as the one served before me. My advise for the entrees is if it doesn't have a fresh appearance in the pan, it may disappoint."

"Get it together Panda. My wife went through the drive thru tonight Sunday Aug 27. Ordered our usual. I get dbl beef and broccoli she gets black pepper chicken and angus steak. We both get chow mien. I received noddles and broccoli. Literally 2 pcs of beef. That’s no good. Stop trying to save money by skimping on the steak. Or we won’t go back."

"Very upset. They literally put rice at the bottom of the meat to fill the spot on a few plates I got . Just to make it seem like they put the right amount in. But when we moved the top of 3 of 5 of our meals it had half rice. I paid for the whole meal not for 90%rice...seems like they didn't have enough teriyaki and just didn't want to make more or idk. But it's shady and not right ."
