"I ordered through my mobile app and had the food delivered. I ordered (2) build your cravings box meals. I only have eaten the Cheesy Gordita Crunch; half of my Crunch wrap; a tortilla chip; and a few cinnamon twists. The tortilla chip and cinnamon twists have a bitter after taste to them, which is very unpleasant. *I have now noticed this bitterness is present in the tortilla chips at other Taco Bell locations as well. I put a 5 for the service because my Doordash driver and the restaurant made sure I got drink substitutions for the freezes I had ordered since they weren't available at the time. Thank you."

"Normally people working the drive tru aren't very pleasant and sometimes even unpleasant, but I was impressed and grateful to have Ben S. help me. He was polite, extremely helpful and patient. He even recommended something that would save me money. One of the best experiences I've had in a drive thru. Thanks Ben!"

"Clearly asked for no tomatoes 3 times. She repeated no tomatoes back to me 2-3 times for sure. YET I STILL GOT TOMATOES!! And I asked for mild, hot, and diablo sauce. Instead I got 30 fire sauce. Is the teller just dumb or is she being a bit** on purpose?? I wonder, which is worse? Fast food is becoming insane prices these days so if I’m spending my money I expect my order to be worth my pay."

"I had ordered delivery. I’m working close by, wasn’t necessary to order but I’m in a time crunch. So I can’t blame delivery person for the food coming cold. I don’t even think it will get cold in 5 min (my distance to this Taco Bell). Also I don’t think the delivery person would have her AC since it’s already cold outside. So it comes down to where it came from. I also was missing 2 large nacho fries. What’s going on?"

"This is ridiculous old food and hard enough break your teeth. Worst customer service just rushing you. I kept yelling excuse me so I could ask for sauce so I had honk get her attention idk if she was purposely ignoring me. But they hockey puck burritos are a waste food is horrible and inedible. It’s worst than McDonald’s. This location usually good but horrible. I got two names for a manager first, it was Cayten and I confirmed Cayten with her and she said yes twice and when I told her I was going to make a post she told me her name again and it was different. Told me I could come in and get a replacement. Name is Jayden. So idk if I spoke to correct person also put wrong sauce on food I’m very upset!!!"
