"Terrible experience, ordered online, drove to location. Pulled into the drive through and was told we have to go in for mobile orders (kind of negates the whole order ahead thing, even the menu in the drive through says to order ahead in the app and pick up in the drive through!). Go inside and am told I have to fill out a form on a clipboard before they will give me my food, information like name, whether you are ordering in the app or if you are a delivery driver, signature, order number, and a few other things. Then I have to wait on top of already waiting to leave so I would be there when the app said it would be ready. Stay away at all costs, terrible location, terrible staff, terrible service."

"The chicken I ordered was not original recipe and it was really dry. KFC everywhere is no longer the same. It's really unpredictable. I won't waste my money there again."

"Decided to get dinner here because they used to be decent with their service. I've lived in the neighborhood all my life and the service at this location is absolutely terrible now. They make you wait before they will take your order in the drive thru, then they have you wait out front. Then they mess up your order. Two of my sides were wrong... They gave me coleslaw when I ordered macaroni and fries. Those don't even sound the same and the recipe clearly says what I ordered. Why can't they get the orders right. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order but it will be the last. I hope they go out of business because the neighborhood would be better off without this shoddy business around."

"I WENT BROUGHT THE SIX PIECE SPECIAL LEGS & THIGHS. I RECIEVED WING AND EXTRA SMALL ONES AT THAT WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE THIGHS. THE CHILD AT THE WINDOW YELLED AT THE COOK STATING THAT I SAID THESE WERE WING. He yelled back that it was THIGHS. I was told that they would not refund my money due to the fact I touched the chicken to show her it was a wing. I am so disappointed with the service and food there. The chicken legs was overcooked and dry. So so disappointed."

"Nice and courteous staff. Gave me an extra fried chicken. Fast and easy to order. I like the round table with the KFC box lighting. Very nice and clean inside."
