Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Was just trying to get lunch but, I regret getting it from here. Ordered a steak bowl with a side of chips and queso, the rice in the bowl was uncooked as well as under cooked fajita veggies, and the steak in my bowl was straight fatty meat, totally unsatisfying. I wish that was the end but, my chips were stale and the queso was grainy and old. This location is relatively new so I thought it would be better."

"All I can say is Chipotle food is good. This locations service is not... For starters: we waited as no one wanted to take our order. Workers were sitting around doing everything else besides gathering orders. We finally got a guy who couldn't be any less interested in taking our order....No greeting, no enthusiasm, no options, nothing. As we continued to order, we finally got close to being completed when another worker says "just to let everyone know, we are only taking cash at this time...." and walks off... Maybe that would have been something that could have been mentioned before starting the order... I politely asked the staff member- "Is there anywhere to get cash from in which he replied no... Had to simplify my order as I was there with my entire family and did not have the 60 dollars in cash on hand. I'm not upset that things happen, It's business, and I'm more irritated of the lack of quality service from a quality chain. Do better!!! Also, hire workers who actually care about their job. Whoever took our order did not... Food- B Service- F- Atmosphere- D"

"Customer service is terrible. Especially going through the drive-through. I always try to be kind even though they’re very rude but it’s been 3 consecutive times that they are so rude. Just open the window hand me my bag and shut the window without saying anything. I understand you don’t have the best job in the world but don’t take it out on me! Their guacamole has huge onions in it and it’s not chopped correctly and I’ve gotten a hair in my food. Just not a great experience at all and I’ve given them so many chances!"

"I placed my order online via app and it said my order would be ready by 9:10pm. After heading to the drive up window, it went unanswered. Finally, an employee comes to the window and said my order would be ready soon. I finally was handed my order, at 9:28. I placed my order at 9:02pm. When I arrived at home, right across the street, our food was cold, just thrown together, and my baby’s barbacoa kids meal was completely fatty and inedible. $60 spent and it was a complete disappointment."

"I will definitely be driving 15 minutes further for a better Chipotle! I have been to this place 3 times. 1st time was fine. 2nd time we got there, they had no rice to make anything, and this was our last and final time! Our food had an extremely disgusting burnt flavor! We tried to put lemon and hot sauce, and the burnt flavor was so overwhelming we could not eat it! And there is no customer service to help except an AI online that got me nowhere! Never ever again will we try this Chipotle!"
