"Everything about this Over Easy on Ray Rd in Chandler was 5 star! Very friendly host greeted us when we first walked in. We were seated in Delaney’s section and she was just great. She was just promoted, and we see why! She seemed to be there whenever we needed something, but without being intrusive at all. she gave me great advice when ordering the banana caramel waffles, and when I wanted more of that sauce, she was back in about two seconds with a bowl of it! Best thing I’ve ever eaten!! Then the manager Jen stopped by and just couldn’t have been more friendly and easy-going. We chatted for a couple of minutes and then she was off to check in with other tables. We will be back!"

"This was our 1st time at this location. The food was great, the gravy could have been a little hotter but tasted good. Our server was a little "frazzled" but still very knowledgeable and kind. I am not a fan of your coffee but we will be back and we will recommend it to our friends and family."

"Service by Nina was absolutely wonderful. She is attentive, provided recommendations and just a delight to talk with. Food was impressive. Although standard, the 2 egg breakfast was perfectly crafted with eggs soft scramble and generous ham steak. Toast usually plays a quiet time…not this time - delicious! My breakfast love had the lemon ricotta pancakes which were delightfully airy, savory and sweet beautifully complemented with berries. Side of bacon wrapped up his meal nicely. Coffee is the cornerstone of a great breakfast and it did not disappoint. Hearty, robust and smooth. Service was exceptional. Ambiance: bright, cheery, clean."

"Great food and even better service!! We had Eggs Benedict, Loco Moko, and the Breakfast Burger and all were amazing. I highly recommend this place. Tables, booths, outside patio, and counter seating at the Bar to watch the game."
