Give him free burgers for life, or offer him a promotion because he showed humanity in a time when corporate greed is splitting people apart."

"I work nights so Jack n the box is one of the only places that are open when I’m getting off… I love the tacos… unfortunately this is my third time getting them with no cheese….. I’m sorry I order them at 6 am but that’s when I finish work…. Tried to order something different to see how that went and it was the same …. Call me crazy but I love Jack n the box ….. but I’m over paying too much for nothing good UPDATE…. Don’t worry about a posting a review…. They say the same thing to everyone and tell you to go to website that will send you right back to the last one….. if this is customer service these days, that’s sad"

"Probably one of the best locations. Drive thru line is efficient, Burgers are put together well, no sloppiness, and taste great. Burger in photo is an ultimate bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and pickles. Tasted excellent. App is also great with its offers and ease of use. 10/10."

"Goldstar service from Desi. He’s the one that I had most the interaction with but I noticed that everyone that worked here are super friendly and hard workers and the place was clean. Love my tacos. I told Desi that they were out of medium lids and no soap in the ladies room, he got right on it, why can’t more people work like these people at this location. I WOULD RECOMMEND"

"Newly build location. Still nice and clean as it opened in 2017. Easy to use drive thru. But it is still a Jack in the Box. Perhaps slightly better than some other locations, but not exceedingly so. If that is what you are craving, then by all means. However best bring coupons to make the bang for buck calculation serve you, as the value options are not nearly as good as normal menu items, which are only reasonable with coupons. [Update] Lowered rating to three stars. Still a nice new place, but service speed has deteriorated. Explain to me how In-N-Out or SmashBurger can fry up a fresh patty, and get me a burger faster than this place can assemble a burger from pre-cooked patties in heating drawers. Makes no sense, especially as the place was empty, no one was in line in front of me, only car or two were in the drive through, and there were at least four employees behind the counter, and in the kitchen. Still waited nearly fifteen minutes for my order. Loaded fries were good, but In-N-Out had been making animal style fries for decades, so nothing new under the sun, but glad Jack in the Box finally "discovered" the concept."
