"3 years ago this place was great! Now it's horrible! Just drove through at around 10 pm after a long day for a couple of Del Tacos and a burrito......had to wait an unacceptable amount of time, but figured I would be getting freshly made food....I could tell when the employee (1 of only 2, I think) handed me my bag that it was cold. Got home and the only thing that was kinda hot was the taco meat (which tasted horrible anyway).....toppings were freaky cold (almost frozen).....burrito was below room temperature....really used to enjoy my bi-annual Del Taco munch.....never again! Why the long wait for cold food I ask?"

"First, they overcharged me and I caught them, so they had to give me some money back, like 3 bucks, and then, I patiently waited like 15 minutes, then I noticed that the woman who ordered after me got her food long before I got mine. They were ignoring their lobby customers and we're only focused on their drive-thru, I understand they were busy, but it should not have taken them 17 minutes to begin my order. I asked the guy who had overcharged me where my food was, and he said that they hadn't even started to make my order yet."

"The cashier was very cool and he was willing to make me new fries which is why they get the two stars. I clearly ordered NO TOMATO and what they do. Hold the jalapeño. I need people to slow dow and read. It’s not that hard."

"This was my first experience with a Del taco, and I have to say im impressed. They had lots of different menu options. It was pretty cheap. Our service was excellent!! The lady who took our order was so so friendly, and patient. I had made a special request of how I wanted my meal made, and I overheard her double checking with the kitchen staff to make sure it was done right. We will definitely be coming here again!"
