"Best Mexican food spot overall. I have tried several things on the menu. Just don't get the quesadillas with lengua. Not the best combo. Other then that everything else so far was good."
"This place a must go, a hidden gem, that could get the most picky customer satisfied, if you like your Al pastor tacos like me, on the most pure Mexican delicious style, look no further, they have a big variety of dishes to choose from, the place is always packed, when you see something like that you know for sure, that something is really good, going from the flavors, the prices, etc."
"Needs a better salsas but other than that pretty authentic... Aguas frescas really good"
"We were here tonight as per recommended from family member. They said it was great and the closest to the authentic DF tacos. All I can say is bland, no flavor what so ever. The food was hot and made to order they worked clean and the tacos looked delicious but once I started to eat there was just no flavor. I had tacos al pastor which are made on the trompo I asked no onions and they actually served with pineapple which is how they are supposed to be! The pic on my plate came out blurred which I didnt catch till we were done the food looked great. My kids had tacos de asada, asada fries and chicken nuggets with fries, hubby ordered alambre especial which came with tortillas on the side. We had to add salt to everything. Both the red and green salsa were not that great either. My husband said food was good. I say it was ok. Would I come back not sure. But maybe just my husband. Place was packed all the time with bunch of people ordering to go and eat in. They take your order at the table if you are eating in if not you order at the window. All staff was nice and promptly. It was just for me lack of flavor."
"First time there and the area is sketchy with homeless ppl on the side of the building. No restroom and this establishment was busy at the time I was there. I got some tacos and rice and beans. The beans was watery like I was drinking soup, the rice was bland and hard. It was gross! The pastor and asada and suadero was ok not the best. The asada was bland, suadero was the same and the pastor. Tortilla wasn’t homemade, store bought. For being a trompo it’s not the greatest. It should have flavor not just meat and some tortilla and boom! This joint is a dud, ain’t no fireworks here just smokes…."
