"I’ve lived in the area for a while but decided to try this place on a whim when I was craving a burger…let me just say, I probably won’t get a burger elsewhere. Tried the Ortega cheeseburger and it was SO GOOD. Patty is nicely seasoned, and the cheese was melted thoroughly. Massive portion too. My partner got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was nice and juicy. Fries and onion rings were made fresh, crispy and piping hot. We took our order to go and there’s cute little entertainment machines in the store. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and we’d love to dine in next time. Definitely a hidden gem!! Will bring my friends who frequently fly in from out of state next time they’re here :)"

"My husband and I have enjoyed coming here for a while now. The food is good, huge menu, and fries are super yummy. We came in ordered almost 40$ worth of food, sat down, ate, and my husband and I sat and talked and were actually enjoying each other lol. Then the uncalled for rude older Hispanic male working the register told my husband and I that there was a 30 minute allowance and that we were past it. He KICKED US OUT! I was in tears out of humiliation, confusion, and total disbelief. I was so disappointed, very very disappointed . Although it didn't apply to everyone, just the ones the like to stereotype. Luckily there wasn't to many people to be humiliated in front of, but wow that one hurt the ole heart, and we will NEVER go back."

"It’s a really cool old school vibe. Nice antiques and cool memorabilia. The Chicago style menu items are great. So far I’ve had a chili dog (only need one) fries and a Rueben. I had a burger another time as well. It’s really good. If you’re hungry and you pass this place and like Chicago vibes, check it out"
