"I basically went there for a recall I'm still waiting for a 5th recall. I had an appointment I went there earlier drop the car off and half an hour after my appointment time the vehicle was done. I don't think I had an issue obtaining my appointment although my expectations were to have it done the same day but it doesn't work out like that doesn't it."
