"Been here 3 times for my lunch break but this last time kinda sealed the deal. I speak Spanish perfectly fine but I order my food in English just naturally. I could tell there's a level of "I don't want to talk to you anymore" disrespect when I order my food in English. What cemented it was that there was no orders in front of mine and I still waited 25 minutes for the torta even though I could see all the workers standing around. Even when they gave me my food, no one could make eye contact or give me a second to say thank you. Feel like I'm being thrown for a loop because the workers saw I speak English and instead of understandably not holding a conversation which is fine and just saying the basics, they didn't even tell me how much anything was, how long it would take, or my number that will be called. They just were very rude and purposely took a while to start making the food. Would be okay if they were prepping or something but quite literally just standing there looking at the tv, not really caring about the one small order that they could just knock out then get back to watching the tv. The below average food isn't good enough to justify this."

"We ordered a torta cubana and they only put ham in it. We tried to explain to the 2 ladies working it was missing the shredded pork, they kept saying ham was all it came with when the menu clearly had the first ingredient listed as shredded pork. After about 5 minutes of arguing they finally admitted it was missing the main ingredient, the shredded pork. How do you make that mistake then argue with the customer instead of just fixing it? The rest of the food was not very good either and they barely even put anything in there. Not worth what you pay for it. Very disappointing. I will not be going back."

"Food was cold Order the taco de ribeye I get carne asade meat an alot of fat …three lady’s working lady in white shirt made the food how was it cold no clue just me an someone else in the store paid 21 for cold food an not the right order get another cook"

"Honestly it was my first time here and it was good overall I just wish they had pictures in the menu. I like to look at how some things look before I try them out but I ordered something I know and man it was good. Customer was great. The aguas frescas are beyond good. They have a lot stuff on their menu I liked it definitely will be back."

"I was in love with this place, but one day we came with our kids to eat there, and we ordered chicken tenders for them, the chicken was not well cooked, we decided to get another order and explained the chicken was not cooked properly. Our second order we got! The chicken was burned!!! Who would eat a burned chicken, we told the waiter if she would eat the chicken! ;) too bad...a customer doesn’t deserve that! Thank you-"
