"Arrived at 9:30. They close at 10:00. They took our orders for food, but then after getting the food they said that their custard machine was down. REALLY. I BROUGHT 5 KIDS here for burgers and CUSTARDS. The kids behind the counter just wanted to get out of there. One even referred me to Culver’s 2 miles away. REALLY?? Ridiculous! Management should really start managing…"

"This Freddy’s is at a great location near lots of restaurants, stores and a shopping mall. The staff here are very friendly and efficient and the food was ready pretty quickly. The patty melt is always a great choice. Lots of space inside to eat. Would definitely come back again!"

"This place has definitely taken a turn for worst. The sundae didn't have any custard, only sprinkles for toppings, and I had to beg for extra bananas that I had paid extra for. They were to cheap to put the cherry on top. When I took it up to ask for more toppings I was told, "that is all you get for a mini sundae that is a PBC." Are you kidding me and then charge me almost $7 for that. Definitely lost a loyal Freddy's customer. Save your money."

"This place is a rip off. I ordered a large double steakburger meal (number 3). Forgot to take picture of the burger but ate the fries after I ate the burger. The burger patties were both very small and the fries were cut shorter than any fries I have had and both fries and drink were like a small size in terms of portion. I wouldn't be upset if this was a small meal but the fact it was a "large" and I paid $13.45 for it...I will never come back."
