"The guy at the pharmacy drive through today was very rude to me. Almost seems like that is the case Everytime he is there. I didn't catch his name but he's a young Caucasian man, mid thirty's maybe- anyways, I just had asked him about a prescription i have on file and if he could refill it and his immediate answer before I could even finish my sentence was " YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE!!" and I hadn't even finished asking my full question. He continued, " YEAH, THIS COMPUTER IS DOWN SO YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE, I CANT SEE ANYTHING!!" I'm like okay fine. I didn't even go inside because I'm done with their lack of human decency everytime I go to their window. Learn some respect, if you don't like your profession maybe you shouldn't be in it?! I don't know, or don't take your personal issues out on innocent customers who truly just have a simple question about a medication they need."

"This is the worst pharmacy , my husband got there one 5 min before lunch time and they couldn’t attend him when he just needed to pick up .my babies medicine! Other then that reps always have an attitude! THEY disconnect your call after you have been waiting for an hour and never answer . I am calling cooperation on yall. You guys just suck hate dealing with you and I hope no one goes to this pharmacy and you get closed down. You guys deserve a -0."

"this is hands down the worst pharmacy- avoid CVS at all costs, especially this location. If my insurance didn’t force me to use CVS I would go back to Walgreens. The staff here are horrible. The lines are always so long and because of that they treat you like crap. They decided when to process and cancel prescriptions without calling and when you show up they tell you they can’t help because the lines are too long. We’ve lived in the area for four years and have never once had a good experience. Avoid avoid avoid."

"I called to provide new insurance information and was told I needed to come in person with that information. I get off late from work therefore I wanted to get a handle of my copay prior to picking up my medication. I get there at 7:30PM (closes at 8) and I am told I need to come back the following day because the person that takes care of entering such information has left. I explained to him that I had called earlier and was advised to go in person. I end up paying for my medication because I really need it and couldn't wait another day to provide such information. Very inconvenient. No help when calling in. Takes forever to answer the phone and representatives are NO HELP!"

"The pharmacy is horrible is so it staff there. They are rude !!! And get mad when you ask them to do there job like call the insurance so they can give you the medication you need. They tell the customer to call when they are the ones that need to follow the process. they just waste the customers time just because they don’t want to do there job!!! Something they are getting paid for !!! Representative refuses to call insurance and after I call insurance representatives advices me the pharmacy has to call and fix codes. I went a second time to CVS pharmacy and let them know they had to call insurance. representative answer was “did they tell you why we have to call and for what !!! “And Than let you know that maybe if they have time they will call before there lunch time or after !!! And you been needing the medication since last night !!! The first time we went !!! they don’t care if the person is in pain !!! It’s now 1 pm and we still don’t have the medication !!!"
