"Not very helpful. The gentleman was very rude and didn't seem to want to be bothered helping me with my problem. He didn't offer any suggestions to make my hitch work with what I was trying to accomplish."

"Absolutely horrible man that has been doing the job for “15” years. I asked a simple question and he came at me like I was stupid, he was rude, he threatened me. BEWARE stay away. Go to someone else. This dude is absolutely the WORST. Called my husband a dirt bag cause he asked him why he was being rude. DO NOT TAKE YOUR Trailers OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR HITCHES. I asked him how much a hitch would cost to be installed on my vehicle. Very nasty “service” I would not recommend to my worst enemy."
