"I had a very pleasant experience at 3-T’s today and wanted to give them a shout-out. Our new-to-us 16-year-old Winnebago Aspect 26A had an HWH leveling system as an option when new. We just acquired the rig in February this year and the leveling system worked twice then was completely dead. My son and I tried to troubleshoot the problem with no success. Since we were going to be in AZ anyway (we live in Boise, ID), I made arrangements to have 3-T’s look at it - they are an authorized service center for both Winnebago and HWH. They were very accommodating of our travel schedule and even allowed us to park overnight Sunday night in their lot for an early Monday morning appointment. Sherrie, who runs the office, and Rick who fixes stuff were both very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, Rick chased down out problem, which was no an easy one to diagnose, and had us on the road in just a few hours. It’s great to find a business that is friendly and accommodating and provides such excellent service!"
