Two of my neighbors had highly recommend them. I decided to go with the Carrier Hybrid Heat Pump and gas furnace unit that Berg recommend. "We got estimates from 3 different companies and were most impressed with Berg Enterprises. They were not trying to up-sell us on anything. They did provide enough information to decide on two Carrier models; a 4 ton and a 3 ton model. The units were in stock in Tucson and arrived here in Sierra Vista in 3 days. The installation team was the best! They said they would arrive at 0730 and sure enough they were on time, courteous and WORKED hard and efficiently the whole day. The crane rental company removed our old units and the new Carrier units went up the same day. The Installation crew left no trace that they had been here. Everything was spotless and the electrical panel was PROFESSIONALLY wired. The air conditioners are absolute UNITS. If you want your home COLD, simply set the WIFI enabled thermostat via an app on your phone and your house is quickly and quietly cooled. The air FEELS better.
