"Always order online amd they ALWAYS forget food. Try calling to let them know and of course they never answer the phone. Went to place a order at the window and of course get home missing food. HIGHLY recommend checking your food before driving off or you will be SOL. This TB used to be AWESOME at customer service and getting orders correctly. Not sure what happened."

"On January 27th at 10:24pm I went to order food at the drive through. The location was 7449 W Indian school rd Phoenix AZ 85033. I had no issues ordering the food. However after paying for the food at the window and waiting for it to be prepared, I could see two Dogs running through the kitchen. Not only was there two dogs running through the kitchen but the employees were picking them up with their aprons on and petting them with their gloved hands. Once the employee returned to the window I asked why was there a dog in the kitchen, which made them upset. I respectfully asked for my order to be cancelled and my money back, which then the employee told me to watch my tone trying to start an argument. I explained that it is not acceptable sanitary conditions to have an animal in a food preparation area and serve it to pedestrians. After the employee shut the window and left for at least five minutes, they finally came back and gave me my refund and told me to leave."

"!!!CINNAMON TWIST SCAM!!! Does anyone else experience this? I mean I order twists for my son every time I go and they ALWAYS!! Forget them. There is not one time I have ever received them one first attempt. They really need to be more diligent with their jobs. Especially expecting to get a minimum wage raise. But will consider going to Del Taco from now on…"

"Placed a large order almost $100 adds very quickly… regardless you expect to get for what you pay for, asked for supreme and they where regular, tacos where broken hardly any meat on the stake chalupas. Been burritos was basically just the tortilla and beens smear on it. Not coming here any more."

"Wow. Went through the drive through which took a little bit longer than normal, but no big deal. When I got home all my food was prepared incorrectly. No meat, no sauce. Mostly just cold toppings wrapped up. One was even just in the bag not wrapped. Gross. Very disappointed."
