"The service was slow, the sandwich wasn’t fresh as evident the wrapper looked like it was sitting for some time and the frozen coke had no flavor. Disappointed because I have no time to complain due to it being my lunch break."

"I came to this location around 5:30 pm. When I ordered, I ask for a potato bun and explained that it was important because I am allergic to Sesame Seeds. The young lady at the register seemed new so even though she moved slowly and needed me to repeat things several times, I gave her grace. When I got my order I immediately checked and it was a potato bun. But when I got home and began eating my mouth began tingling. I checked AND THERE WERE SESAME SEEDS UNDER THE BUN! HOW FREAKING EVIL CAN YOU BE! I have taken two Benadryl and still having difficulty breathing! Thank you for a freaking trip to the ER!"

"The food tastes like they warmed it up from the day before. I got a big fish meal that was more like a kid size meal fish. The fish also was very hard and over cooked around the edges. It was a group order and everyone else was also discussed with their meals."

"Manager Carrie was very helpful even though she was training the staff she still was very accommodating and helpful after my bag full of food fell and the fries went everywhere. She was going to upgrade my fries to a large when I had just ordered small I fully understand how frustrating it can be training and serving customers. Thank you Carrie"

"Ordered the two for $12.99. My impossible burger was cold,so I sent it back. Clerk didn't acknowledge me,just told other clerk needed another impossible burger. Replaced burger was luck warm. Smile and thank you or sorry works for me it might for other customers too."
