"Came in for dinner with a friend my first time at Carolina's Mexican Food and what an experience! I ordered a potato and black bean taco salad and my friend ordered the original taco plate that comes with two crispy ground beef tacos refried beans and rice. We both got water :) The Taco salad had the following ingredients: Corn Taco Bowl Shell Fresh Black beans that are NOT made with meat Potatoes Lettuce Tomatoes Tiny Curled Cheddar Shredded Cheese I also added some of the homemade salsa All of the flavors combined created a celebration with my taste buds. The potatoes were perfectly cooked the beans just right and the lettuce had the perfect crunch. The shell was crisped to perfection, with each bite you get the perfect I asked my friend how her food was and she said it was perfect in every way. The dining area was kept tidy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding something for me to eat as I do not eat meat. They cooked both our meals fresh,including the use of new utensils and cookware to ensure there was not cross contamination. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with Carolina's it is a TOP recommended if you are ever in the Phoenix area. Thank you for given this Texan some Authentic Mexican food!!!!"
