The Buffalo Spot - Tolleson

"I'm one of many drivers who uses the Door Dash platform to make deliveries. Like many others, I am one of their Top Dashers and have been utilizing their app for a few years now. Tonight, I had a batch deliver (two p/u), here and the other at Smash Burger, S.B.,. FIRST IMPRESSION - I asked the young gal who received me at the counter if S.B. was nearby anywhere, as she was handing my delivery order, she waved both hands up made a circular motion said, "Nowhere in the surrounding area!" BAD INFO - I turned around to exit and saw it was directly across the street. SECOND IMPRESSION - After handing me the order she asked me to confirm the order. I told I would but needed to make sure everything is here, "No drinks okay," I said. I asked, "Are the 3 dressings in the bag?" She said, " Just confirm it, everything is there!" Then, again with her back to me and now in the behind the second counter, she said, "JUST CONFIRM IT!!" I just stood and watched as she yelled at me, looked back over her shoulder and kind of gave me a shrug! FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE USUALLY THE MOST MEMORABLE MAKE IT A GOOD ONE! I feel we are The Buffalo Spot and Door Dash last defense to be sure we make a good impression with the customer, so let us all do our best and work together to provide stellar service each and every time! In my experience, if the customer perceives that the service is bad they are not going to enjoy the food no matter how well it has been cooked. I tried to call back 3x after I left the store to speak with the gal, I think the lady called her Anica or Erica, but the first time it kept ringing, the second whoever answered hung up on me and the third time the I received an automated response that said the line was busy. My first instinct is not to go back to this place, but if you do. Check your food."

"Went to the Tolleson Buffalo Spot today for lunch with my mom and the experience was amazing. Val was our server and she had a great attitude and was extremely patient with my mom who was indecisive and asking questions. Val made sure our order was correct, prompt and continued to make sure we didn't need anything. The place was clean, the environment was inviting and the food was yummy. I recommend if you stop in, ask to be seated with Val, she'll be amazing."

"I ordered over the phone and after picking up the wings and arriving home, the wings are almost sauceless. I regret not checking the order before I left. 1st and last time ordering here."

"i went in for the 1st time to see what all the hype is about, ordered a small and regular size get home to eat it and fry’s are old or way over cooked hardly any mild sauce literally ate the chicken because we are hungry call to let a manager know a kid answers and is so unprofessional then i ask for corporate number and says he don’t have it! don’t eat here very rude, as you can tell fry’s have no cause on them"

"This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! It's super clean. I went during lunch and was initially very busy. There is a large sitting area and spaced out. I don't feel packed in. If you don't know which you prefer, they let you try the sauces. The mango have one has a strong mango flavor. We also tried the siracha dusting on the fries soon good. The pineapple jalapeño chicken is sweet and light heat. Even though it's sauced stivery crispy chi Ken. All the boneless tenders are cooked FRESH!! They literally call it out to start cooking while ordering. The hot is similar to Frank's red hot but still good. The tenders were juicy. Then ending with the oreo shake is also very good. Great food. Getting to the spot can be rough, as it is very busy area."
