"Hello Panda Express Executives: I am starting to feel like I am having a discriminatory service at this location. I placed my order at approximately 9:20 PM this evening and based on my experience at your location and your drive-thru: my food on a couple of occasions, has been cold, incomplete, or completely wrong to begin with. Kindly, ask for you to check your cameras and the verbiage from your manager (completely unprofessional on her end ) and myself, merely to address my concern with my order before I left. So before driving off I checked my order and noticed it looked like SLOP then I tasted it ...it and tasted COLD, so I addressed my concern with the manager and she then began to bring up my fat brother and asked me if I didn't like the service nor the food for us to go somewhere else. What is crazy is that she, the manager, admitted to me when I was in the drive-thru that she flipped my to-go order plate by mistake yet instead of using customer service to address my concern she started to make me feel like my money was worthless at your location, especially at a time when I'm coming home from a very hard days work and all I want is a hot meal! Your manager did not like it when I addressed her the sloppiness I received...that I paid with my hard-earned money. She then began to say other stuff that was not Customer Service like. Is this how Panda Express addresses food complaints::( This slop is not even what I paid for...."
