"I can't speak about 5 Star's work quality, but I can speak about their honesty. I had a control board go bad on a 2019 Maytag Front Loading Washer. Marco diagnosed the issue and delivered the bad news that the repair would be almost the same cost as a new unit. He could have easily convinced me to go the repair route, but he recommended a course of action that would be good for me and bad for him. Marco also happily gave me a lot of great insight from a technician's perspective about what I should look for when buying a new Washer. I also found scheduling an appointment on the website to be fast, easy, and convenient. I had a next day appointment, and Marco was actually a little early for the appointment. Apparently, most appliances these days are boxes of garbage, so I anticipate I will contact 5 Star again in the near future!"

"As always, Michael and 5 Star are awesome. Michael looked over the issue with my LG refrigerator and removed the ice build up on the bottom freezer door, checked to see if the gasket could be replaced, it can't, and then reset temps for me in both freezer and refrigerator. Unfortunately, this LG is about 8 years old and I will have to replace it. Michael is an awesome person, always willing to help and knows what he is doing. The only appliance repair company I would ever use is 5 Star and I will always request Michael."

"5 Star always responds to my phone calls and comes out quickly. Igor is very professional and proficient. It is a $60 service fee and then that is applied to the repair. It seems reasonable. The biggest pro is when you have a leak under your fridge, they are out there quickly."

"5 Star did a great quick job replacing our regrigerator's ice maker. I called Talia Thursday afternoon and she got Michael to come the next day. He came and checked it out. He was polite and professional. Said it needed to be replaced. I just knew it would probably be next week before he could get back with the replacement. Nope he called his supplier. They had one in stock. He went over and got it. He was barely gone 45 min. He was back and had it replaced well within the 2 hour window the had scheduled for the job. And with a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Great job 5 Star! We'll call you back if we have another appliance issue. Thank You."
