"It is not open on Sunday. Refused service before closing time. Someone else came as well and didn't get service. Online app says open til midnight and on the door 11. Person said the speaker wasn't working, liar. She was busy cleaning up the front."

"Went through the drive through around 6 PM. The girl running it was so patient and kind. We were lost on how to get the app deals and she was so awesome. Sometimes it’s the experience and not the food at all that deserves a rating. Thank you so much. These days, you are a rare and special person."

"We walked in , we were looked at but was not greeted. We stood at the counter waiting for service and the girl that was working the drive thru window didn’t say anything. Maybe something like , someone will be with you shortly, or even a hello. There was one person working the food line. Then after more than 5 minutes a Gentlemen, (perhaps the manager? ) came out from the back and took our order. He also helped make the order. Absolutely no customers in the building and only one car in drive thru. Food was good."

"The food was fine, and my complaint is about the girl working the drive thru. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years, and her behavior was uncalled for. Saturday, 10/28 at 1pm the girl taking orders was about 18-21, Hispanic, long white tipped nails, neck tattoos, ear bud in her left ear. We ordered a lot of food and when we got to the window another girl ran our card then gave it back to me. The rude girl came over and said I need to run your card again because I had to separate your orders since you took so long to order. Since she said this in a very rude and snarky way, I responded with “excuse me”, and she slammed the window. The other girl came back to hand us our food so I asked her what that other girls name was. She asked me why, and I told her that I’d like to know her name. She shut the window, went back to talk to the other girl, waited a few minutes, then came back to the window. She said “her name is Lilly.” Then slammed the window shut. 1. That seemed like an obvious lie about her name 2. Food workers should not have long fake nails as that is a health violation or at the least very unsanitary when handling food 3. If you’re in customer service, you should not be wearing an ear bud while serving customers 4. The snarky comment was uncalled for. If she hadn’t said what she said, then I wouldn’t have cared about getting charged two separate orders. Maybe this girl needs to be moved away from customer facing positions. 5. The other girl helping us seemed new and was a little rattled. Not upset with her. Reading past reviews, it seems this is not her first time leaving other customers upset."
