"I come here often for my spicy deluxe meal and I’m always satisfied on how tasty my food is and the service is always great. Today they made my meal extra special. Once I reached in the bag for my food I saw a hand written card with a message that said “God Bless you.” “We love you”. This was so heart warming! "While I was in the drive-thru ordering my food, I had a phone call with some disturbing news that left me in tears. As I was pulling forward to pay my bill the young girl taking the money asked me if I was ok. I said yes thank you. When my food came out to me they handed me a total refund for my order and asked me to be safe driving and that dinner was on them. I was in shock and did not know what to say except for the obvious thank you so much. I asked the managers name and was told it was Caitlin. I have never experienced such compassion from anyone in the work field let alone in a drive-thru at a fast food place. Caitlin and your crew, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and your generosity!"

"Always good but sometimes better. Spicy crispy chicken deluxe I had two weeks ago was the greatest single chicken sandwich I've ever had. This time was good but meh.....I'll try again but that first time had me hooked. Kinda like heroin I'm guessing.....it was like they knew it was my first. Gotcha. Then I have to keep trying to get that first time spicy chicken high....chasing the chicken if you will....."

"I ordered a shake and pd over 5 bucks for it and I was the only one in the restaurant which was not busy at all. I finally ask a guy after I see all of the employees laughing and goofing off. It took me 7 min to get a shake then they gave me the small cup. I know it’s one size but it’s usually a medium. Do not go to this location."

"Normally I can't say enough about Chick-fil-A. They have always had exceptional service and their food has always been phenomenal. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way that things are changing there. We've always liked stocking up on the ice cream they serve. It's fantastic. In the past, they've always been very fair on the amount they put in their cups. Our last visit, I spent about $60, almost half of it being ice cream. I figured $5 for a quart is expensive, but their ice cream has always been worth it. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the ice cream was barely filled. When I express my concern over this the young man informed me that they are measuring their ice cream differently now. I said, "So this is how it's supposed to be now?" He said yes. He then said he could try to see if they might change it, but he seriously doubted that they would. I then told him I would be writing a review regarding my experience. He just smiled and said, "Okay". The only reason why my family and I go to Chick-fil-A is because of their ice cream. We will no longer be going. There's no way that I will spend $5 for a quart of ice cream that is actually a pint, if that. I took a picture of how low the ice creams were but for some reason it wouldn't allow me to post it. The cups were literally half full."
