"Placed an online order which was super convenient. However, when we brought our order home that’s where the issues were. Our kids cinnamon roll was stale, the bread was hard. I ordered one of my kids a strawberry strudel and we got an apple strudel instead. BUT that is not even the worst thing. I took a bite into my bagel sandwich and there was a hair in my bagel sandwich. I instantly spit it out and tried to call the store to let them know. The phone lines are shut off to connect directly to the store so it just keeps taking me back to the main menu and I can’t reach anyone to let them know what happened. Very disappointing and gross!"
"We’re so excited to have an affordable bagel place in Queen Creek! This location is ideal for grab and go! It was well staffed and the food was fresh. Everything was clean and the employees were quick and helpful. We had bagels and hot coffee, and used order ahead. There is no seating or public restroom, so don’t plan on hanging out, but a great addition to Queen Creek no doubt!"
