"This store always messes up our order! I should know better. This time I ordered delivery since i don't have a vehicle tonight. 6 tenders and 8 biscuits missing and they will not have them replaced and refund denied since I can't go pick them up myself! Worker said it's a new menu item and she didn't know about the tenders...but you can read right! And the biscuits? So you didn't know that biscuits actually came with biscuits order. No help at all. The service here is horrible! I wish there was another location nearby. I will be calling manager morning"

I called to talk to the manager and was told the manager left and doesn’t return calls. No return call again today. I wouldn’t even serve this to a pet! Ridiculous!"
