"Poor guy was alone back there and super busy. But placing an order hours in advance only to not even be greeted when walking in was disappointed. Also had to wait even longer after arriving. Probably need another team member back there to ensure customers are taken care of in a timely and courteous manner."
"Ordered lg thin crust pepperoni/ jalapeño and 2 Italian Beef sandwiches. Everything was perfect! I ordered the sandwiches dry and was afraid by the time they were delivered, the bread would still be soggy but they were not soggy at all and were so good! Definitely ordering again."
"The pizza is always good. Salads are nice and fresh. No issues with the food. It’s the service. Ordered a pizza online for pickup. Online ordering system gave we a window when it would be ready and I was supposed to get a text. Tracking online never updated, no text. Went to restaurant to pick up, at original quoted time. all employees were in back chatting and saw me come in, I waited a good 5 mins before someone finally came up front. The pizza had been ready for some time. They need to fix their ordering system so it updates customers correctly. Annoying."
