"I called in with an order 20 minutes before I arrived and waited 20 minutes at the place. The order was wrong (requested no pico or guacamole on a few dishes and it seemed they gave me extra). The food was honestly bottom tier. The shrimp was over cooked and unseasoned, the carne asada was over cooked as well… The sauce on the shrimp tacos was disappointing. The torta bread was not toasted… Really the only thing I can say I truly liked was red and green sauce. I basically drenched my tacos in that because the flavors were lacking heavily."

"6/14/23 0830hrs. Ordered a steak & egg breakfast burrito with green salsa. The meat was tender and cut into small pieces. I thought it was a perfect blend/mix of egg & steak burrito. The cheese could have melted a little more and the flour tortilla could have been toasted more. Green salsa has great flavors & adds to the burrito. I recommend exploring your taste buds at Papa Chevos!"

"Authentic type Mexican food if you like to eat local. The mango margaritas were delicious! The waitresses was friendly and attentive. Fyi-the taco salad does not come with beans, so ask if you want to add them."
