"I was the only customer when ordering the churros, they were made and sitting on the counter. Three other customers showed up and instead of handing me the churros “hot” as they always have been, the worker proceeded to take everyone else’s order. He even handed them next customer their order before finishing mine. They were cold and the icing didn’t melt. I attempted to eat it, but it just wasn’t good cold and clumpy. I asked for a refund and received a bunch of unnecessary excuses. Because of the customer service experience I won’t go back again."
""Dulce Churro Cafe provided a delightful dessert experience! Karla's exceptional customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. The churro desserts were absolutely delicious, making this spot a must-visit for anyone craving a sweet treat in Gilbert. Highly recommended!""
"We love this place! The churros are amazing. Also it is a very friendly place. The owners have come out to greet us almost every time we are there. They are seriously the nicest people. And did I mention the churros are amazing?! I would definitely recommend it. You can get the hot chocolate Spanish style and dip it, get soft serve or ice cream with bites in it or get it Nutella filled or Bavarian filled."
"Churro was fresh and delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the ice cream (cookies and cream). It just didn’t taste fresh to me. I wasn’t a fan of the strawberry horchata that I tried. I say this only because it was too sweet from the strawberry syrup and the horchata itself tasted a little watered down for my liking. I like the horchatas from Backyard Taco or Calitacos a bit more, but everyone has their own preference for that. There is a lot of different options on the menu and I would say the churro was tasty enough to want to come back and give the other variety of the things on the menu a shot at the very least. It looks like a cute place to go out on a date for a quick dessert or a place to take the kids for some dessert. I would come here again I just would not get the same items (ice cream add-on or horchata)."
"Very modern and hip inside. You get to watch your churros get made, just like Krispy Kreme. I ate the original El Grande without filling nor dipping sauce. I had a lot of fun without the kids, but they would love it as well. Also plenty of seating at tables or comfy nooks."
