"First time here for breakfast. We both had burrito and home fries. Home fries way too highly seasoned. Burrito good but nothing special. Green chili good. Would not drive across town to come here for breakfast again."

"I had the Copper Queen Skillet it was fantastic! I would give them 5 stars but my wife had the French toast which was fantastic, however the syrup not so much. They only have 1 kind of syrup I think it is there own special brand and it has a unique taste. I tried it and agreed. They did offer something else to replace it but we declined because the French Toast is so good and we have syrup at home. In addition the service is fabulous our waiter was amazing. I will highly recommend this place to everyone. I will be back, great job"

"It took me a while to sort out what i wanted to say here.The food i ate was tasty .But it was wrong. (in my opinion) You decide. Let’s start with the omelet . Instead of whipping the eggs in a bowl and then creating a warm beautiful pouch to fill with delicious ingredients, they add all the “toppings “ to the raw egg and then fry it in a pan. all of the toppings are now embedded in the egg soufflé . This changes the texture of the egg. Not for the better. it also changes the flavor of the egg. i ordered avocado but what they gave me was guacamole . they slathered guacamole, and added feta cheese to the middle of the egg soufflé embedded with “toppings” guacamole is not the same thing as avocado. I liked it but i didn’t love it. it seemed like a cheap imitation of an omelette. Next let’s talk potatoes. i love potatoes. especially breakfast potatoes. But these potatoes are dinner potatoes not breakfast potatoes. breakfast potatoes, are diced . and fried over a medium high heat until golden brown. crispy outside and soft as clouds. Easily consumed with the eggs. What i got was large boiled potatoes. finished in a pan. these potatoes belong with roast beef and carrots. slow cooked for hours together. i didn’t eat them. i tried but it was an overwhelming addition to the meal not a supporting character. the price was fine . the waitress was great. I don’t think i’d try it again . The staff IS SUPER HELPFUL AND NICE. the food is tasty . but it’s confusing and disjointed."
