Same day order and everything was perfect. This was for a family event and she eased my panic. If you need superb sandwiches and you’re in a bind all I can say is call Jessia at Potbelly. "This used to be my favorite sandwich shop. I ordered three sandwiches this evening through the app which I’m pretty proficient with. I am familiar that and select new things. I went and made an order and I looked at it with a fine tooth comb. I ordered three sandwiches with all of the vegetables and they put the wrong kind of cheese. I get home and none of the sandwiches have any vegetables. I called the shop And let them know and they said on their end it didn’t show vegetables. I know what I ordered. I’ve done it plenty of times with this particular sandwich shop. They did not offer any. Also not happy with their customer. Very unsatisfactory. I am disappointed."

"This restaurant really caught me by surprise. I had see it driving up and down Broadway but never thought about visiting. Well I'm really sad it took so long to visit. The store looks charming and the food was great. Was suggested the Turkey Club from the most friendly employee as a first time and paid it with some Broccoli Cheese soup. I plan on going back in again as soon as possible!"
