Salad and Go

"Today I came through the drive through and was helped by Samantha. I’ve been to quite a few salad and go locations but today really stood out because my coffee was PERFECT. I mean WOW. I asked for extra simple syrup and vanilla and half and half and it was perfect like I made it myself but better….. Food is always a hit, but today Samantha just made my morning. I was dancing in the car when I left!!!"

"I was really stressing out because I couldn’t find my debit card and had a very short lunch break before I had to get back to the office. Carlos over at Salad and Go made me feel at ease. I left their feeling well taken care of with a beautiful salad that was so delish!!! They have some unique salad combinations that are just so good, I could eat there every day."

"Location 5501 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson AZ 85712. This location used to serve very neat, appealing Salads when they first opened up. Now, the salads are thrown together, mixing the items on the top of each other, very unappealing . They are now tossing the salad dressing packet on top of the bed of Lettuce and giving less greens. When trying to speak at intercom so it does not happen again , the person taking the order was rude, quoted the price and cut of communication. Some items may be missing, egg, fork etc. Last week I bought a salad that literally had 16 olives (too much sodium). Today I gave them another chance to get it right. They put what appears to be canned chicken salad in stead of the real chicken chunks they used to put on the salad. I was very dissatisfied, but I had already departed. Salads are such a nice tasty healthy substitute for burgers and fries. But this will be my last visit at this location. #1131."

"UPDATE: They responded finally after my other update but they said I should've brought the issue to the employee but that's what I did when I got the food. UPDATE: I've emailed this place per the owner response. I have not heard anything back. Their response to my original message is just to make them look like their trying to help. Don't fall for it - go somewhere else to order food. I try to give this place a chance but I'm disappointed everytime especially with the breakfast bowls. This bowl I got the Avocado was hard and brown at the same time. Idk how that happens. I expressed my concerns and the response I get is the Avocado is fresh so they are hard; under ripe avocados have zero flavor and hard to bite into. They shouldn't be charging for non edible avocados - and only giving a 1/4th of avocado at that (Pictured below). I was only able to consume half of the 1/4th of avocado they give you. The rest was hard black. I also pay for double eggs and it never seems to be double. Also I have to continue to go to the window because they never give you everything you ordered- be prepared to be met with an attitude at the window this order was picked up at window 10:55am Saturday. Pick a different location"
