McDonald's

"I ordered four burgers, a french fry and three drinks. When I got to the food window they gave me my drinks and then parked me to wait for the rest of my food. I watched 15 to 20 cars get served in the drive-thru while I sat there waiting for my food for 20 minutes then I decided to go in, another guy that was waiting longer than me had also gone in. I walked in and asked the lady why it was taking so long. She never apologized. She just took my receipt and 7-10 minutes later another kid finally handed me my food. I checked the order and it was missing my french fries. I pointed it out to him. He said nothing and just took my bag. I did say 'and another fry would be nice for my wait' which he did give me. So 30 minutes later I'm finally leaving the parking lot and I get home and now the drinks are a little bit watered down because the ice has melted and I eat one of my burgers and then realize that they are undercooked, Hope I don't get sick! I will never return to this location again and it will probably even be a while before I go to McDonald's"

"I’m going to start out by saying I have been a loyal McDonald’s customer since birth and I am not one to complain about a McDonald’s. BUT…. My friend and I both got a Big Mac meals so we could watch Bad Girls Club and have a snack. When I ordered the lady sounded rude. Didn’t mind that at first because it’s a McDonald’s but then I get my food and drink. I taste my Fanta and it tastes like water so someone forgot to change the syrup or is lazy idk. And then I get home and eat my Big Mac. The top bun has no sauce and 2 bites in the top patty of meat was already gone. I’m a small girl so I don’t take big bites. Anyways if it was one or the other I wouldn’t have complained but all together I was just super disappointed. I love McDonald’s and it just didn’t feel like McDonald’s to me."

"I place large combo meals and got medium, the fries were extremely stale and I had to park to go back inside to get my new order. I got home and realized that I got the same stale fries that they dipped in the oil and just put it into large size fries container. I'd give them a zero if it was an option"

"Here in the Chandler AZ area and decided that a quick trip to McDonalds was needed. Ording for 3 people we had three sandwiches and three large fries. The bill was $39.00. Since we were in drive thru, I just accepted the fact that the price was the price. Paid and then was told they had to make one of the sandwiches again. 5 minutes later we received the food and drove off. Like most people, you start nibbling on the fries and to my disappointment, they were cold. They must have bagged the fries with the original two sandwiches while waiting for the third. NOTHING WORSE THAN COLD FRIES!!! Especially when you just dropped $39.00. My pint is that I'm getting this type of service and quality across the country with McDonald's. Come on folks, get your franchisees back to what got you to this point. Consistency and quality at a fair price."
