"This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. The lady name Vanessa doesn’t have any manner. My husband ordered Frappe and we were sitting there, at least she could have said “here is your order” but no, she she was literally throwing it. Whoever is managing this store need to check their CCTV for confirmation between 12:10-12:20pm. Worst employee I have ever see."

"This Starbucks sucks. I ordered latte upside down and they started teaching about how to order it. After the debate between the 2 employees I ended with a sugary macchiato. When I returned I got another lecture about what had happened!! Then they wanted to charge 25 cents for poor Safeway and Starbucks around the country gives free water. Bad customer service bad attitude. Starbucks is above this shi**y customer service and shame on Safeway."

"Not thrilled with their corporate message . Gives good lip service, but in my opinion allows employees to be disrespectful to law enforcement as well as military. I just don't think they are good stewards of the public trust, in my opinion"

"Yes, Indeed. This is the worst Starbucks. They get my orders wrong, they are rude, and they are lazy. It's always something with this location. There's times that I've gone through the drive-thru, but no one answers. I literally told them to turn off the lights then. Place your hours on the window or something. If you want better service there's 2 other locations nearby! Go elsewhere."

"Very poor service. Not only was I ignored but the barista didn't listen to my order and got it wrong. Plus, I watched the young teenage boy that was helping her take foam out before handing it to me even though that wasn't my request. I've been to Starbucks all over the country and this is by far the worst one."
