"Constantly stops their ice cream machine at night purposefully. While still advertising it as available in their location on the app to probably not get in trouble with corporate. But now that allows charging customers for it who don’t know. And they did not compensate me for this charge, opting to just not give me anything. To top it off, they even forgot one of my other items I ordered. Scamming me even further."
"Ordered a shamrock shake and watched the attendant fill with ice cream, throw some Oreo on the ice cream, then a half squirt of the green sauce that they use. No mixing. Absolute laziness. I’ve never seen such apathy. Ray Kroc would probably execute that employee on the spot. I don’t know how McDonald’s has gotten to this point. They need some Machiavellian countermeasures to deter a slow death. Not sure the attached image is what corporate was going for with their shamrock shake special. Hopefully y’all can figure things out and do better!"
"Please explain the "stacked order" instructions on Door Dash. Pick up McDonald's second??? 1. We don't choose the order in which our batches are dispatched. 2. I don't work for you 3. If you can't get orders out on time that's your problem not mine. Your instructions are impossible and make no sense. Maybe put a window at the entrance for delivery drivers so we're not sitting in the drive thru for 20 or 30 minutes every time. I cancel most rides I get here as soon as I got the parking lot. This place is a nightmare for third party drivers. You guys get better. Don't make us work around YOUR problems. What a joke"
