Tea Swirl

First time, the menu is alright, I ordered a peach green tea and they didnt let me know there was a sugar % choice, which I love when boba places have that option. But the worker gave me 100% full way too sweet, I will go again and give another chance."

"The name of this business has changed. I think probably the owner is changed also. We ordered a house milk tea (no sugar, no ice) and a strawberry milk tea (hot) around 5pm. The house milk tea tastes watery, the strawberry milk tea is fine. I can't taste any tea flavor though. BUT I don't know what they put into those drinks, the caffeine content is so HIGH. High like five cups of black coffee! How could a milk tea be watery & less tea flavor, while having so much caffeine in it??? Be careful, it's dangerous to consume so much caffeine in a short period of time. Both of us felt sick afterwards. We are college students so we are kind of caffeine addicts but these milk drinks are LOADED. Just be careful and think twice about buying any drinks here. The tables are dirty and the room smells weird by the way. It's not the same old tea swirl anymore."

"They make a good jasmine green milk tea. We have been here several times over the years and the quality is always good. The tea is not too sweet and the tea flavor is just right. Parking can be a challenge if you go during peak times."
