"Food was great, staff were nice. Only issue I had was that a chicken sandwich I got was undercooked in the center. Went up and told the guy at the cash register and he handled it very professionally and even gave me a free cookie. super chill and nice dude. Will be coming back as I haven't had any issues before and they handled things well when I did."

"It's aight. Honestly the workers seem kinda dumb here. I wish they had let me know they didn't have the ghost pepper sauce for my sandwich before putting regular mayonnaise on it. But it was still really good because Wendy's is great. The problem is these workers at this location are under par. The cashier however, he was very nice!"

"I pulled up well before closing time of the lobby and it was closed. Went through the drive through and asked why the lobby was closed before 10pm. The gentleman stated they were short staffed so they closed early. I got to the window got my food in spurts. Passed out burgers to the car then got the fries. They looked burnt but were piping hot. I asked if the oil was dirty or the fries were burnt. The drive through person went to get the manager. He literally told me the oil was dirty and it would take an hour to clean so he offered cookies. I then expressed that I have 4 kids that were expecting fries with their meal he offered to compensate my entire order $33.79. I excepted but was still owed a happy meal out of 5 meals. The manager said he didn't want to give me 4 measly chicken nuggets since he was refunding me. I was appalled. I then explained that I have hungry kids and 4 nuggets is nothing compared to 5 orders of inedible fries. He reluctantly gave me the happy meal and refund me $33.12. Awful experience but hoping it was a 1 time situation."

"Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. The food was fresh and hot but my fries were from the bottom of the bag. Those small little crispy, not full, or even half fry pieces. And my other criticism were the seats. Phew! They're definitely designed to get people in and out because it's like sitting on bricks. Extremely uncomfortable, especially for those with chronic back issues. However with courteous staff, I'm willing to overlook things."

"Wendy's burgers are alright, but what really sets them apart are their baked potatoes. They're one of the few things you can get at a fast food restaurant that's actually fairly good for you. I've been here four or five times now and they've *never* had potatoes. I'm not even sure this location makes them. I'd understand, as I know they take time, but they shouldn't advertise what they can never deliver."
