Starbucks

"It’s a clean and quick place for a Starbucks. However, I often get overly bitter drinks, and they seem to taste different every time I go. They are fast and convenient, but I’m going to look elsewhere to spend my $6 a day coffee habit."

"I come here 7 days a week. I order the same thing every time. Tastes different every day depending on who is making it. I'd think they would have to follow required measurements per Starbucks recipes. I order brown sugar shaken expresso and sometimes I can't detect an once of coffee. Its white as a ghost! If I dare bring it to there attention here comes the attitude. For 7 dollars I think I should at least be able to drink it. It's convenient that's why I come to this location but there customer service is nonexistent and I'm not asking or any modifications to the drink. Why does it look and taste different each time and not for the better. Today I tossed it in the garbage that's what made me write a review. Talking to the manager did not help. He just gave me an attitude and I feel like now they make it wrong on purpose. There is no way you can screw it up on a daily basis unless your trying to!"

"This shop has a rather large and open seating area. I can imagine it is normally a quiet place. But we visited when there was a group of about 20 people having a meeting in the middle area. The service was fast despite the heavy traffic."

"If there's one thing I always associate with Starbucks, it is the excellent customer service. But my recent visit to this branch was nothing short of a disappointment. The staff seemed uninterested and almost irritated at each customer interaction, making me feel like an unwelcome guest rather than a valued patron. This was definitely not the cordial Starbucks experience I am accustomed to. I believe the management needs to urgently address this issue and ensure their team reflects the spirit of Starbucks that loyal customers like myself have come to expect."

"Fast friendly service at this location but my venti drink this morning was at least an inch from the top. (Picture included) The brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso is amazing and a must try. This is my first time at this location and I hope they actually fill their drinks in the future."
