"Friendly patrons, clean restrooms and good food. I've had a burger here and a cheesecake sub. Both were great but the fresh cut fries are what I come back for, they are delicious!"

"Popped in on the recommendation of a friend who raved about this place. I visited in hopes of enjoying the "World famous Bob Burger", unfortunately despite of the unsubstantiated claims that's it's "famously seasoned", l found mine to be almost devoid of any seasonings at all, it was clearly unimpressive, bordering on bland, so in desperation l buried it in yellow mustard and black pepper. Anyone who can make burger-king look editable shouldn't be serving thier own food. I sent the fries back as soon as they arrived, they were visibly undercooked, when the replacement fries arrived they were naturally overcooked bordering on being burnt. I didn't sense any hostility over the burnt offerings so l don't think it was retaliatory, just an inability to comprehend how to properly run a kitchen and cook fries. The guy sitting next to me laughed at my food odyssey and stated "no one comes here for the food". The beer tender was extremely lame and excessively stuck on herself. She demonstrated that she was exerting a maximum effort just to grace the world with her presence. Outside of controlling access to cold beer, it appeared she as if she really served no useful purpose to the greater good. I felt my presence alone was an annoyance to her, asking her for anything hightened this lack of joy. This appears to be a nice inviting place on the surface, but the food left vast room for improvement and and the nonexistent customer service was dismal at best. My money spends anywhere and when going out l want to be treated, not mistreated. As a first and last time customer, this is not an establishment that l would recommend visiting."

"My family and I went here for my birthday. The drinks were great but the burger was so greasy it was dripping all over my hands which just doesnt feel the best when drinking. I left my birthday cake by accident and they ate it. I am so mad about it. They should have waited at least a day. I did intend to come back for it. Their was a football game when I got their. Everyone was incredibly loud and it didn't feel very welcoming."

"Been here a ton over the years. For a newbie nothing particularly special, but the people who frequent it are genuinely nice, so they clearly know something. Burgers are good and they have pitchers. Game day is a great atmosphere (if you are a U of A fan)."
