"Felt like when the people in Front of me walked away and I moved forward I would have been. Waited on ...nope cashier turned her back and talked about Starbucks. Wasn't offered choice of bagel and cheese was nit melted for my puzza bagel it was cold"

"The bagel and smear was delicious, the service was good. The reason for one star is the place is filthy! We visited at 7:00 am, one hour after opening. Upon walking through the door, it appeared like the closing crew turned off the lights and left. The floor and carpet were full of debris. The morning sun shining through revealed that the window was in dire need of a cleaning. I read reviews of this particular store before I visited. Recently, there have been multiple, poor reviews related to cleanliness. I read your responses. So you are aware. This falls on YOU, the management and administration. Rather than throw up a “We’re sorry” response, just fix it. Take some pride in YOUR work. Do better!"

"I had such a fantastic experience here. The staff was quick/kind and friendly. The cashier was the sweetest girl ever and so kind and treated every customer like family. I cannot recommend this location enough!"

"After giving this place a couple chances. I realize the primary issue with this location is the customers. Absolutely dumb and entitled people constantly here. No idea where to stand, how to order, waiting for their food at the register, arguing and having meltdowns at and with staff. These people are gross and I feel bad for food employees who have to put up with them. That being said, the attitude and training for the staff here is lacking, probably their pay too tbh. Food is solid."

"You order at the cashier, which makes no sense at all when you're picking bagels. There is also zero signage to indicate that you're supposed to do so, so if you don't know that in advance, you'll find yourself waiting aimlessly in front of the bagel counter while being ignored. The staff is not at all friendly and both times I've been here I've felt like a bother."
