"Mobile ordered sat for 20 minutes waiting for food. Didn’t get my food till 3 other cars pulled up next to me and then all three of us got our food at the same time. Food was cold and hashbrowns tasted like they sat in grease."
"It's McDonald's, I can't be too picky... That said, I waited 10 minutes for my mobile pickup order, they didn't include the sauces I paid for... and they locked the lobby so I couldn't even pop inside to request the sauces that they forgot. The food seemed fresh so at least there's that. Hoping to have a better experience in the future."
"I don't know about the rest of you, but truthfully, my general expectations of most McDonalds anymore is pretty low. Their food is not even consistent throughout their basic standards. But when you actually come across one that drops those standards even lower, you just cringe. Today was the third and last time I go to this McDonalds . Every time my order has been wrong. Something is missing, something else added, drink incorrect. Someone needs to really get on the ball. I don't recommend unless they can figure it out. But then I will probably never know."
"Not only does this particular location repeatedly screw up your order, but they also do not answer the phone so you cannot have your order fixed without visiting the lobby. In this particular instance, I happen to have the number of the regional or district manager, who told me if I ever needed anything to give him a call. He did not give me a number to call because I already had a number on file for him. That was almost 2 years ago. Today I needed to have my order replaced and decided to give this guy a call because he told me too while speaking to him on the phone he was nice and calm said he would help me out but to give him my number so he can pass it along to another manager. When I text him my cell phone number he proceeds to text me back, telling me “this is not a complaint line“ which he could have simply said man-to-man when we were speaking! He fails to realize that when he told me to give him a call if I ever needed anything, he did not give me a different number to reach him at. At this point, I don’t even want my meal replaced by such a devalued company. As a matter of fact, I consider the $14 that I paid for a meal that was trash a great value to find out who this person really is and how they really conduct business! When speaking to me face-to-face it’s all smiles and giggles when it actually comes time to deliver on your promise it’s like pulling teeth, I will be referring every person I know to a different McDonald’s because this is completely unacceptable! As a business person you should be ready to handle these calls and handle them accordingly. Furthermore, if you have snide comments to make such as “this is not a complaint line” you should be man enough to say those things, when you were being spoken to. I learned a valuable lesson today about this person and the way they conduct business and the same energy will be reciprocated if ever my services are needed. Very very poor approach and leads me to wonder how you got into such a high position! Get it together sir! People rely on you to be better!"
"This is the worst McDonald that I have been to. Lied to the customer that they only take cash but after we come back with our cash, it turned out their card machine was not broken. And they do accept card. Waste our freaking time! Take forever to make food and got my order wrong. We then had to line up and came back to the drive through the third time to get our sandwich right. Staff was trying to blame us but we know we ordered the right one and they cant deny the fact that my order was missing. However, they gave us two other burger for their fault but to be honest, food was terrible. Do not come to this McDonald location. This store should change their staff or should close down!"
