"I’ve been coming to this location for about 4 years now , about 3x a week or so with my daughter. Everyone that works here has exceptional customer service and it’s a chain, but really, my favorite neighborhood coffee and donut spot because of the workers. The manager ( I’m so sorry I never got your name and I’m too nervous to ask this far into our barista / customer relationship ) but the manager always has a smile on his face and it genuinely shows he enjoys getting it interact with customers daily and the staff do as well. The coffee is always spot on and they never mind fixing a messed up coffee order! It’s always clean and well kept and their donuts etc are always so fresh. Thanks DD on Broadway for always being the real MVP’s of my mornings / afternoons."

"I ordered sausage and cheese wake up wrap, took a good 5 minute total in the drive thru line with no one in front of me & this is what they give me. Couldn’t help but laugh, unacceptable."

"The staff here is fantastic ! Honestly it’s like visiting family . I always bring my dog and they always give him a cup filled with whip cream (pup cup) which he loves. Beyond that, there food menu is top of the line for a fast food place. I especially like their breakfast options"

"Overall not impressed with this location. The menu screens were broken and when asked the worker seemed annoyed to help. I ordered the mango passion green tea it tasted like syrup it was way too sugary. I definitely would save your money and skip this drink, even tho it sounds delicious. I also got a bagel that was already creamed very sloppy for that matter there was cream cheese all over the side. I wouldn’t come here again. Not worth the money."
