"First, the ladies decided to finish their conversation before helping me. And when one of them came to the register she didn’t say how can I help you, hello or anything, so I just told her what I wanted. I ordered a Caramel FRAPPUCCINO with coconut milk. Idk what the lady gave me the first time. It looked like maybe a iced macchiato? Then she remade it and put in the same cup. THIS IS NOT A FRAPP CUP!!! It’s to thick to come out the hole!! They didn’t ask if I didn’t want the whip cream either but I’m hoping it at least has coconut milk. It’s no sticker to say what’s in it."
