McDonald's

"It's McDonald's. This one is better after they remodeled it, though, it's definitely much cleaner at least when I went. Little bit leery of it because I grew up near this one, and it wasn't fantastic in a lot of my recollections, but maybe it's different now."

"So I went to this McDonalds and thought I purchased a Quarter Pounder with cheese. Well, no cheese so I took the burger back and they offered to change it. I took a bite and it tasted like complete salt and I have high blood pressure. So I opened up the burger and someone had coated it with a ton of salt and pepper. You can see it in the photos on the bun with cheese, it was a salt and pepper combination and obviously not made according to recipe. This place should be shut down for tampering with food, especially these days. I saved the burger to have it looked at further."

"When asked a simple question and the opening manager wants to stand there and make you feel stupid for asking a if the happy meal toy is available for purchase separately she says no and I answered ok ….. apparently I don’t understand that the app is only for earning points…. Um I understand and know that and it has nothing to do with the original question…… at 5:10 in the morning for someone who drives an hour and half to work and choose your establishment cause it’s open and has what I need available for my dietary restrictions and to come across such poor customer service especially from an opening manager is very unfortunate"

"The life insurance at McDonald's must be that great to get your life ended. I ordered no pickles on my hamburgers and no lettuce on my food. And yet no one can follow directions. What happened to this store being A1 team. It became the death team."

"Hands down worst experience I've had at any McDonald's location. Was forced to go thru the drive thru because the lobby wasn't even open. Even tho Google clearly says open at 5am. Mind you I'm a contractor with multiple people trying to order in my vehicle. So After going to drive thru I'm told I'll have to make multiple trips thru drive thru because they can't take multiple orders at once in drive thru only in lobby. When I explained that's not a option the Mexican lady witch I'm assuming is the manager started yelling at me saying you need to calm down. Please explaine to me how any of that makes any kind of sense...... she said the lobby isn't open because they don't have enough workers to open it witch I can only assume Is because of this ladies extremely rude Attitude. I know I wouldn't want to work for anyone that treats their customers this way God knows she definitely treats her employees the exact same way. Funniest part about all this is they had two employees washing the drive thru floor during all of this instead of actually working inside handling the morning rush. Shame on McDonald's for even employing someone like that. She has no concept of time management or even capable of handling human to human interactions. Absolutely never going back here again! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO STARBUCKS FOR THE COFFEE THIS MORNING."
