Pizza Hut

"Pizza was nice and hot when we arrived to pick up our pizza. We decided to eat our pizza inside and were welcomed. Everything was perfect just how we ordered it.."

"So ordered in line , and was advised it would take 15 minutes . So went in to pay it in advance and the person there , said and laughed im not even close to your order , said he was so backed up and no way it be close to 15 minutes . And that would have been fine i would have waited . But had such an attitude and working in the restaurant industrie should treat there customers right no matter how long the wait will be . Seems like he may be in the wrong work environment. So sad to see someone working in a place they cant handle . Makes it a bad place for busness. Not a happy customer"

"The location I go to at Arizona Ave and Ray is always wonderful with customer service to be honest. They just need more staff. Pizza Hut could pay their insiders better."

"I ordered from this pizza hut for delivery it was supposed to be delivered at 900 I called the store at 915 and asked the status of my order I could hear whoever answered the phone ask the delivery guy about my food . I heard the delivery guy say that he delivered it and rang my door bell and knocked on my door which is a lie because if he did all that my dogs would have gone crazy they know when someone is coming before I do He also told me he left my food which was another lie because I checked before I called and what happened to picking up your phone and calling oh wait the driver was at least smart because if he did that I would have either answered the phone or have a missed call he did not feel like doing his job so he told his boss he delivered the pizza. Why are people so lazy and do not want to work"

"We are a big family and ordered dinner to celebrate my sons bday. All Pizzas where burned to the point that it had absorbed the sauce and was completely dried up. You can't tell me that when it came out of the oven they did not see that. Should be ashamed of delivering food like that. People just don't give a rats anymore. So sad to see :-( Poor customer service."
